This bright and finished double room will be available in Willesden Green in July

The room
The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, a bed side table and a big space to put a desk. The big windows are onto the garden which is really quiet yet super bright.

The place
The flat is on the second and third floor of a Georgian double-fronted building. On the first floor is the room advertised, the kitchen and a big living room with large sash windows. There is also a bathroom with washing machine/drier that will basically be yours. The room upstairs (that I am renting) is ensuite so I won't be using the downstairs bathroom expect for using the washing machine.
There is a garden behind the house that the landlord is currently working on tidying up a bit. It's a really big space and really quiet.

It is located about five minutes away from Willesden Green station only 15 minutes away from central London with the Jubilee or the Thameslink (Cricklewood station).

There is a possibility for parking in front of the house with no permit needed.


Bills come on top and are around ~£200pp (less in the summer).
The roommate
Nice to meet you! I'm Laura, 26, moved to London from France for work and I am currently working in supply chain for Coca Cola (Yes I get freebies!).

I’m easy going, enjoy going out, cooking, travelling, going to gym and ruining it by eating out. I really love this place and would love to find someone that would love it just as much and make it a home. The ideal tenant would be someone friendly but also clean and respectful. It would be great also if it’s someone who is down to sharing a drink/chat or watch tv together sometimes but also be happy to do their own thing.

The landlord is also open to couples for £900pm.

I work from home upstairs a few days a week and you’re absolutely welcome to do as well.
