Double Room, Wimbledon, Great Location

Hello, I'm Cheska and I'm looking for a lovely human to rent a double bedroom to. It is a tidy, cosy, homey and LGBTQ+ friendly flat.

Location: 4 mins walk from Wimbledon station (district line tube, trains, buses and trams), 20 mins from Waterloo. It's just off Wimbledon high street which has great shops, pubs, restaurants and all the supermarkets you could ask for. Also a 25 min walk to the lovely Wimbledon Common. To me, Wimbledon as an area also feels incredibly safe compared to other places I've lived in London

The room: The room is currently furnished with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, clothes rail, bedside table and large mirror. The bed can go the way photographed or put against the wall and rotated 90 degrees for more floor space (current layout).

The flat: A first floor flat with a kitchen/diner, shower room and separate toilet, no living room. Lots of plants, two fish called Donald and Marmalade, speakers in the kitchen, Philips Hue coloured lighting.

Looking for: Ideally looking for a women/non-binary person who is very clean and tidy, a good communicator, and someone who prioritises a harmonious home.

The flatmate: Me! I work at University of the Arts London in administration as well as freelance in events, film and design. I'm an artist, I like to climb, go out with friends, gigs and exhibitions.

Rent & Dates: £785 per month, with a one month rent as a deposit. Includes bills as well as internet. Move in from 1st June.
