Short term bedroom

SUBLET Bedroom in a 3 bed - 2 bathroom house in Enfield Town.
June 26th to August 26th 2024

🏡 I am subletting my bedroom while I go to my country to visit my family. The bedroom is in the second floor in the house close the bathroom, which one is shared only with my friend Jeff who live in the bedroom next door.
The bedroom has a smart tv 50 inch with a soundbar, double mattress, a large wardrobe.

The house is shared with two friends guys, Jeff and Esdras who live in the first floor and use the bathroom in downstairs. They are very nice people and work most of the time out.
The house has a sofa in the living room area and a large kitchen where you can cook your meals with a private fridge and freezer.
A garden with tables and chairs outside where you can enjoy the sunny days.

📍Located in an easy area on the centre of Enfield Town, 10 minutes walk from Enfield Town station also Southbury station both overground. Bus stops on the front road to easy access to another stations like piccadilly line, variety of supermarkets nearby, Cineworld cinema, Pure gym, etc.

📅 Available from Wednesday 26th June to Monday 26th August. For a clean and respectful person. Rent + bills per month is £800 single-£820 couple, deposit £100.
I can’t offer a lot of flexibility on the dates, sorry.
