Double bedroom with en-suite

We are two friends (Igor and Vojta) looking for two people to join our house. The house is very spacious, has three bathrooms. The rooms available are:
1. en-suite double bedroom- £670 per month - only the bed and one chest of drawers will stay in the room from the photos, the rest will not be there.
2. larger en-suite double bedroom - £850 per month, available from July 4th

Bills, which come around £80 per person in winter, less in summer. We split the bills 4 ways.

We are graduates from Uni of Edinburgh. We have been working for a year now. We are very easy-going and chill.
We like to chill in the living room just as much as going out to pub, but we do not host parties in the house. We are definitely keen to become good friends with our next flatmate, but also respect everybody's privacy and alone time.
Ideally, we would want find people who would consider staying long-term (at least 6 monhts) and would like for somebody to move on July 1st.
