Rooms to let 200 cowgate Edinburgh 2024-2025

I have 1 room (4 bed classic ensuite, 200 cowgate, Edinburgh) to let for the upcoming academic year 2024-2025 (51 weeks). I am the current tenant but I plan to live somewhere else, so I am finding the replacement tenant.

The replacement tenant that I am looking for must be a student, since it is a student accommodation. But there is no any other specific requirement. It's a 4 bed classic ensuite with a shared kitchen, and thus you will have 3 flatmates.

Cost: 225 pounds per week + 250 pounds for deposit to the apartment + additional 50 pounds to me (The first two parts may vary according to the market rate. Please refer to the official website. The last part is negotiable)
