A comfortable, four bedroomed house within a 5 minute walk of UEA. It features fast broadband and a twice monthly cleaner. All bills are included in the monthly payment.

We only rent to single postgraduate students, so as to create a quiet atmosphere for study. There are no tenant fees and no deposit. Only the first month's rent in advance is needed to secure the contract.

We have two bedrooms available at this property starting in September; a double bedroom upstairs and a single bedroom downstairs. The two other bedrooms have been taken by two female international students for the next academic year.

Together with the four bedrooms there is a shared living room, kitchen/diner, bathroom with separate toilet and a sun-trap, private back garden.

We also have properties on Rydal Close, Cunningham Road, Leng Crescent and Chestnut Hill.

We are a family run business with a number of properties near UEA, of which we are all alumni. We have an extensive knowledge of UEA and Norwich and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We do not use letting agents, so you will always deal with us directly throughout your tenancy.
