Nice rooms in quirky house

There are two bedrooms to choose from, a single overlooking the quiet street at the front and a double overlooking the garden at the back. Both share a bathroom.
The Accomodation is a short bus ride,( about 5 minutes) to town Practically a straight run with a bus stop on the doorstep. A 2 minute drive to the A64, and York ringroad,
Both bedrooms are fairly well equipped, but I would endeavour to supply anything extra you may feel is needed.
The small living room includes a lounge with a large smart tv, sofa and circular chair. There is a bathroom upstairs and separate toilet, a garden, patio area, and a spacious kitchen including island unit, stools, dining table, intigrated oven and microwave, fridge freezer and an integral garage with a washing machine.
I am in my 50’s and work from home. Kids now living away.
I am looking for 2 clean, tidy friendly lodgers. Maximum period would be up to six months, no minimum period. Discussion desired.
