We have a really nice share house in a great location, and a room has just become available.
We are looking for a single person for a small double room in the house with three girls.
The house is fully central heated, double glazed and very well insulated.
The co-sharers are all professional working people who like to have a chilled out and clean house to call home. Recently they have decided to create a new look to the garden themselves so it is clearly a stable and happy household.

The water, council tax and TV licence and internet are included in the rent. Gas, electric and cleaning items etc. are shared equally between the sharers.
