I Have a room at the back of propery which is furnished with bed and bedside tables built in single wardrobe .The room comes with a pleasant view over rear garden and park which is nice and peacefull as at rear of
house has no through road.. There is parking available on the front driveway .
The bus routes near by are 55 53 all in close proximity of the property.

There are also train station Lea Hall which is around a mile from the property.

M6 /M42 easily accessible also from property.
Water Orton train station is also around 2.5 miles away

The house is easily accessible to fort shopping area and castle vale shopping area and the jaguar plant castle Brom. NEC / Airport only 5miles from the property .


I will require the following:

Proof of income and needs to be employed with same company for over 6 months plus.
Your indenticatiom
Must be dog friendly.
