My flatmate is leaving on 10 April so I'm looking for someone quickly for this flat.

The rent per person is £727.50 and with the charges (council tax and electricity) we're looking at around £900 per month per person.
The flat has changed slightly compared to the photos, I added some furniture and my personal touch but it remains in the spirit loft and modern.
