Current lodger is finishing internship at Rolls Royce and looking to move out on 17th August so available from then on.

Large double room for rent, furnished (bed mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers with primary use of main bathroom.
It’s a Detached house in a spacious estate 5 mins walk from Rolls Royce and 10-12 mins walk to the hospital and university along with city centre just beyond
Will suit Rolls Royce Interns/hospital workers and a short drive to SECAMB station if a paramedic.

Im very outdoorsy and spend a lot of time on the bike and like to watch live music in pubs in the evenings. References preferred but not a dealbreaker.
Due to my profession I will need to inform my vetting department of my new lodger.
It’s a Relaxed clean household and would like someone who compliments that. Lots of on street parking available.
