Single room in a peaceful, happy home

This is a lovely long-term home for the right person., a single room with two windows and lots of storage space, right next to the bathroom. The house is 2 minutes drive, 15 minutes walk from the centre of town and supermarkets, 2 minutes from a local post office and convenience store and 5 minutes walk from a great pub.. Also there are fields and woods very close by if you like to get out into the countryside.

This home is cosy and comfortable rather than 5 star and has all you need; good shower, fridge freezer, washing machine, a wood burning stove in the living room, a good sized garden and old-fashioned patio that is lovely and sunny, especially in the morning. There is parking outside the house or in a quiet cul de sac if you prefer just a few metres away.

The rent is £500 per month, bills included, I require a deposit and references. We are two easygoing ,housemates who would love to find a third friendly, positive person to complete our household.
