I am looking for a lodger for a Mon-Fri let for 3-6 months in a recently refurbished cottage. Flexible and shorter/longer-term options can be considered - just get in touch.

I have a spare bedroom which is newly decorated and furnished with a double bed and two bedside tables. There is storage underneath the bed, and lodgers are welcome to bring their own clothes rack etc. Please note the wooden rail and bookshelf in the photograph are no longer there [in process of updating photo!]. It would be ideal for someone who doesn't need to store lots of belongings.

The room is at the rear of the property looking out to the south-facing garden so gets loads of light. There are black-out blinds as well as curtains for a good night's sleep.

The house has recently been renovated with new electrics, plumbing, well-equipped open-plan kitchen (kettle, coffee grinder, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier), and bathroom (with a shower over the bath). There is also a downstairs WC, a cosy shared living room and a good sized garden with outdoor seating, patio and lawn.

- 5 minute walk to x31 Bus stop to Bath
- Stone's throw from Springfield Community Centre
- Couple of minutes walk to the local shops
- 5 minute drive to the MoD

Free on street parking just opposite.

All utility bills and wifi are included in the cost.

I work from home some of the week so am ideally looking for a lodger who is out during the day.
